Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected. 

Booking Terms   

Our normal booking terms will apply together with the following temporary clause during the Coronavirus Pandemic:

If government-imposed travel restrictions are extended (lock down), your booking will have to be changed or cancelled. You will be offered the following options: 

  1. Rebook: You can postpone your visit and you won’t lose your deposit. You can rebook new dates
  2. Credit Voucher: You will receive a credit voucher to the value of what you have currently paid towards your holiday. This means that you don’t have to choose your replacement dates right now. You will need to rebook within 6 months of the cancellation date. Please note that any increase in holiday cost will be charged e.g. if the new booking is a higher rate
  3. Cancel: You can cancel your holiday and get a full refund  

For all of these options, we will also waive the amendment fee.

If your booking is affected, we will be in touch with you to confirm your preferred option.  We will deal with bookings in order of arrival date, so we can help those with imminent holidays.

Coronavirus and Cleaning

Providing a safe and clean environment has always been one of our top priorities and our guest feedback reflects this. We are following an enhanced cleaning protocol to keep everyone safe. This ensures specific cleaning and disinfecting procedures are strictly adhered to.  As always, cleaning products are also provided for you, the guest.

We’ve not had a single outbreak of COVID in any of our properties and we’ve achieved the highest standards of COVID safety and cleanliness according to Visit Britain. You can be assured you can stay safely.

Additionally, there will also be a minimum 24 hours between guest check-outs and check-ins.  

We also use a commercial laundry for bedding, towels and miscellaneous items.
